| No logramos creer que un Hotel de la cadena Hilton tenga un TV de hace 20 años. No se si el Hotel está en remodelación pero el desayuno lo sirven frente al ascensor y la recepción???. Muy mala la ubicación del hotel. |

| Accueil chaleureux . Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclasseemnt et la chambre était parfaite. Seuls bemols : télévision hors d'âge et travaux dans les alles de restauration. le petit-déj buffet est moins fourni que d'habitude mais reste de bon niveau. |

| Chambre très confortable : grande chambre, grande fenêtre, baignoire, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, bureau....
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Dommage que le restaurant et le bar soient en travaux |

| très bel hôtel pour visiter Strasbourg. Tout est proche grâce au tram.
Le personnel est gentil, souriant, et prévenant.
Le seul hic : une télé cathodique qui fait dépassé dans un hôtel de ce standing! |

| Hotel bien entretenu acceuil plus que agréable avec bagagiste ;) nous avions la chambre Hilton avec un grand lit ce fut le cas il été grand confortable ma compagne c'est cacher dans tous les coins du lit je l'ai quand même retrouver lol superbe salle de bain belle faïence !!! Déco chambre un peu moin alléchante un bémol la télé tube catodique nous ne savions même plus que ça existait ce fut un retour dans le passé!!! Mais le mois prochain est prévu qu'il soient tous remplacé par du LCD ensuite la télé n était et de loin pas une priorité ;) |

| Comme le laissé paraître le titre, j'ai été très déçu.. Accueil excellent avec service bagage irréprochable ...
Ensuite la chambre, Tv cathodique avec grésillement permanent , internet payant, parking très chère restaurant dans le hall d'entre cause travaux et petit déjeune devant le hall de sortie...
Domage je pensait avoir un séjour de rêve et en fait je suis déçu !
Ps il y a rien dans la zone proche de l'hôtel tram à 5 min à pied! |

| Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien (personnel, propreté, confort des chambres, etc). Un petit point négatif pour l'emplacement. Mais il y a un arrêt de tram pas très loin alors ça va. |

| Avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur et on nous a donné une chambre fumeur avec une odeur nauséabonde...
La salle de fitness comprend 50 % d'appreils hors usage et non fontionnels. |
